"School Choice" & Anti-DEI Policies Elicit Modern Segregation

In today’s edition I talk about how Gov. Patrick Morrisey’s anti-DEI initiatives and his promotion of the “Hope Scholarship” are the latest incarnation of a long history of discrimination in America.
